Description: This technical course is designed to develop knowledge and skills pertaining to the nutrition, reproduction, health, and management of livestock and poultry. Students will study topics such as: common livestock and poultry breeds; internal and external anatomies; evaluation of livestock; feeds and feeding techniques; breeding advancements; and management skills.
