Description: This course will give students knowledge, skills, and hands on experience in the hospitality service industry. Students are expected to demonstrate knowledge of "front of the house" and "back of the house" service as they perform appropriate work roles onsite at a local hotel. Students will be exposed to the hotel industry and the various aspects of lodging, sales and marketing, human resources, accounting, security, engineering, food and beverage and career opportunities.
