Prerequisite(s): Dance III; Audition
Notes: Successful completion will fulfill and waive the State requirements
for one year of PE. This waiver does not count as credit. Students
will still need to receive the required number of total credits for graduation.
(appropriate dance attire is required)
Grade Levels: 12
Description: Dance IV provides students with an advanced dance curriculum
with a continuing emphasis on all basic dance knowledge and skills.
Students will be encouraged to demonstrate refined kinesthetic and spatial
awareness, lead peers in the performance of dance movements, and extend
multicultural studies and events.
