Description:  Sculpture II extends students' artistic understanding and experiences as introduced in Art I.  Emphasis will be placed on the development of compositional skills and imaginative use of the elements and principles of design.  The class is designed to strengthen students' three-dimensional and spatial skills.  Students will experiment with a variety of sculpting materials and tools.  Ancient and contemporary sculptures will be studied.
