Description: This course will be a study of mythology throughout various cultures.  In the first nine weeks of the course, students will study Greek and Roman Mythology.  In the second nine weeks of the course, students will study Norse, Scandinavian, African, Aztec and Mayan Mythology.  Students will receive an appreciation of each culture's mythological history and gain insight into the beliefs and ideas set in each culture.
