Description: This one semester elective will allow students to develop a greater understanding of the development of our civil rights and civil liberties by analyzing and interpreting Supreme Court decisions.  The understanding will be advanced through a combination of factual knowledge and analytical skills.  The course will examine the relationship of the judicial branch and the citizenry.  This course will benefit students who may be interested in legal studies.
